Befriend a Child, a leading children’s charity in Aberdeen, has extended its heartfelt thanks to three generous sponsors, whose support is helping bring one of Aberdeen’s cherished fundraising events back for another unforgettable weekend this March.
Befriend a Child is preparing to host its much-loved Boozy Brunch, on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st March at the Marcliffe. This vibrant weekend celebration combines great food, entertainment and fundraising, all with the aim of supporting local children and young people who are facing difficult life situations across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
This year’s ‘boogie’ theme brings together supporters, businesses and members of the community for a lively afternoon of funky beats, disco dancing and fabulous fundraising. Every pound raised will help the charity continue delivering its vital befriending programme which builds 1:1 relationships between children and volunteers helping to develop their confidence, resilience and a brighter future.
